How do i do these animated avatars?

^^ I need to know how to do the fadint text on that!!! like how can i get it to fade a certain color like that? which program? I have photoshop..paint shop pro.
^^I also realllyy need to know what font that little one on the avatar is!!!

ahh i can’t figure out how to make the visitor font look like the one on the avatars …

It’s not the font that animating, but some masked shapes with gradient fill that animating. After typing the text in its own layer, load the text selection marquee and make it as a mask for shape layer. You just need to make 2 frames, and let ImageReady do the rest.

Font is called Visitor. The version I use is ‘Visitor TT1 -BRK-’

As for your other query just make loads of frames in an animation loop, and set gradient in fill, and set one side to 0% transparency and the other to 100%, and fiddle around with the slider.
