How do make animated avatars and signatures?

Hey guys, just wondering, im not sure how to make avatars or signatures and willing to start doing this, nor am I familiar with photo shop >.<, so if it has to do with photo shop, which I know it will have to do something with it, I guess i’ll have to do lots of studying, so any one know any tips/tutorials on this? thanks
Oh and if you have some direct links to where these tutorials are then that will be great, because most tutorials I find are for experienced people with photo shop and such and I can’t find beginner friendly =P tutorials

Sorry but if you want the best way to make them you need to use photoshop and image ready. If you are able to get them both then its easy and should take no studies. Learning how to make those banners and avatars was easy and was a first time experience for me with me with photoshop. Just find a tutorial on google and most of the steps are straight forward.

You could use GIF generator. GIF is format for those animated avatars/signatures. You just need few picture captions and arrange it in you desired sequence and compile it. I think there are various GIF generator available in internet and it’s absolutely easy for even newbie like me to use.

Owh, btw i edit those picture with ACDSee only or sometimes i use Microsoft Paint. I’m a newbie in Photoshop thus i can’t really use Photoshop for that reason. Hope this would help.

Learn photoshop, else ask someone else to make avatar/signature for you. Check freelancer websites like http://getafreelnacer.com/
