they are funny looking but they are meant to be aliens.

i didn’t think they were weird looking… they just kinda looked like cats (which was the point.. jame’s cameron made them cat-like so that they wouldn’t look completely weird and new to us). i loved watching the way their ears moved with the sounds around them… it was little details like that that i picked up on after watching avatar a few times. lol

well they are kind of meant to be from another planet – in comparison to other alien films they are not weird looking. Its taken James Cameron most of his life to develop this idea, including a new language and everything. The effects are amazing and the film has just boke the box office records throughout histroy!

So no Avatar was amazing.

They were funny looking – but a good funny looking like unique and creative soooo good!

They certainly looked out of place. As far as I could tell, all the other mammal-like creatures on Pandora had six limbs and four eyes. With their two eyes, two arms, and two legs, the Na'vi resembled those weird alien invaders more than they resembled the native fauna of their own world.

i thought the end was really funny, how neytiri had human jake in her lap, and how big her hand was compared to his face. i laughed out loud really hard, and people next to me got really mad.
