if avatar wins best picture tonight i will kill all the academy judges and destroy the stadium. its a good movie but just because it has good special effects does not mean it should make best picture. you need actors not cg clones to have a good movie. also i was baked out of my mind when i saw this in real-d at the theatres.

You know, if we take the Avatar comparisons to the struggle between indiginous peoples and technologically superior civilizations, then we know how this story must end. All the Na’vi ever really accomplished was ensuring their own destruction. It was a fleeting victory at best. Now that the Na’Vi have established themselves as hostile to humanity, the humans will be back, this time with an ARMY, not just corporate mercenaries. They will be wiped out.
And it’s all Jake’s fault. Mwu-hahahahahaha
